Customer Vehicle Pickup

NOTE: For the most up to date information on Request and Job status in Jobvious, please REFRESH your browser window.
Click on “Pickups” in the left main navigation panel, and you’ll be shown a list of the vehicles that you have finished work on that are waiting to be picked up.
You can view the detail of each job by selecting it from the list.
The list is displayed in order of Due Date.
The lower panel will show a list of invoice amount and how much has been paid.
If the vehicle is coming from a Dealer, they will have been invoiced and the car can be released to the dealer. The money for that work is transferred to your Jobvious account to be paid out to you.
If the vehicle belongs to a retail customer, the customer will need to pay the bill to collect their vehicle.
You can resend the Invoice to the customer.
They can do this on their phone as Jobvious has already sent them their invoice OR you can hit the “Pay” button and take their credit card information at POS. The money for this work is available in your Jobvious account to be paid out to you.
If you use this method, you will need to refresh the page in Jobvious to retrieve the payment update and then you will see the Amount Due as $0.
Click “Deliver” and the vehicle and job will be removed from your list.
