Click on “Jobs” in the left main navigation panel, and you’ll be shown a list of the work that you have booked, either in-progress or waiting to start.
Jobs that are not started have a calendar icon next to them. Jobs that are in-progress have a 50% battery icon next to them.
You can view the detail of each job by selecting it from the list.
The list is displayed in order of Due Date.
The lower panel will show a list of work items needed to complete.
If there are multiple services on a job, you will page through each one and complete each service in order for the whole job to be considered complete.
To finish work on the selected service, click the “Finish” button.
When all the services on a job are completed, the dealer will be notified, and Jobvious will generate and send the invoice for the work to the dealer.
The completed job will move the job record to “PickUp/Deliver”
