Reviewing a job
REVIEWing a job
Click on “PickUp/Review” in the left main navigation panel, and you’ll be shown a list of the jobs that you’re waiting to be completed.
You can view the detail of each job by selecting it from the list.
The list is displayed in order of Due Date.
The summary information in the list shows the due date, the service summary, the vehicle, the assigned installer and the current job status.
The icon for current status to review a job will be:
Star - Installer has finished the job has finished and is ready for review
The lower panel will display the 5 star rating entry panel.
Give the installer a rating (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest) on the work they performed on this particular job.
Ratings are a part of the assignment algorithm for work, so higher ratings mean more offers for the installer.
Click the star that corresponds to your rating, and click “Review”.
The job will be removed from your job list.
