To create a referral, click the “New Referral” button from the Referrals section.
We need to know 3 things to send information to your customer: the vehicle, their name, and their email address.
First, enter the vehicle information
Enter a valid 15 digit VIN number first.
The system will decode the VIN and retrieve the vehicle information.
second, enter the CUSTOMER NAME.
Enter the customer’s first and last name in the field so we can address them personally on their communication.
Lastly, enter THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS
The email address will be used for us to send them a personalized email congratulating them on their new purchase, and showing them the various products available.
When you are done, click “Add”.
You will see the request added to the list on the left, with a calendar icon and the number of days remaining. You are eligible for the referral bonus if the customer gets work started within 90 days of entering their information in Jobvious.
We’ll immediately send the email to the customer highlighting the protection services available.
If the customer gets the after market work booked, you will see the icon change to a “$” sign. This indicates that you are eligible for a bonus for that work.
After 90 days, the referral will no longer be displayed.
