ASSIGNing a request
Click on “Requestimates” in the left main navigation panel, and you’ll be shown a list of the requests that you’ve created that are waiting for installers to respond to, or for you to assign. You can view the detail of each request by selecting it from the list.
The list is displayed in order of Due Date.
To assign a request, the current state of the request must have at least one specialist responded and is shown by a bell icon in the list.
The lower panel will show a list of all the installers who have responded to your request to date, and the date that they are able to start the work.
To assign the request, select the installer from the list and click the “Assign to Installer” button.
The request will be transferred and appear in your list of jobs.
The assigned specialist will receive a text message and the job will be scheduled on their calendar with the start date they proposed.
The open request will be removed from all the other specialist’s request lists so they will no longer see it.
